Bethia is an experienced movement educator who is hugely passionate in sharing her understanding of how to move to the best of your ability.

This is an On Demand library of movement sessions for you to access when, where and how often you want. It is simple; all you need is internet access, a mat (maybe some small props) and a commitment to yourself.

From beginner to improver, enthusiast to professional movement teacher, there is something for everyone in this library that is continuing to grow.

Freely choose which sessions are appropriate and enjoyable to you. Go at your own pace - drop in weekly or daily; create a practice that is harmonious with your life.

Sessions range from 20-40 minutes in length so they can fit into a busy schedule. Or perhaps you’ll take several in succession to treat yourself to a nourishing or challenging movement experience. There are whole body movement sessions and sessions focusing in on a specific part of the body or a movement skill.

No matter which sessions you participate in, the onus is always on your personal experience, you learning more about your body. As you get stronger, and more agile, as you notice a fluidity and ease arriving in your body, you will have only yourself to thank.

This space is not about me. I am not an influencer. I am simply your guide, creating a space for you to pay attention to yourself and your movement, to invest in your body and your mind.

Why have I created this library?

I have been teaching movement face to face for many years and have a well-established studio and a loyal client base.

Over the last few years, the requests for more classes, for more guidance with home practice, and access to me “online” have been more and more frequent.

Finding myself increasingly turning away new enquiries and disappointed to not be involved in supporting their movement journey, I decided it was time to take what I do, how I teach, and make it accessible to all who want it.
