If you have previous experience of practicing Pilates you are welcome to come and try or to join my Intermediate Level class. Classes run during school term times. Please contact me directly to check space availability and to book. Previous experience could have been a beginners course elsewhere, years of Pilates in group mat classes or studios, or online Pilates. The intermediate level requires a foundational understanding of the Principles of Pilates and a certain level of body awareness and fitness. The Postnatal Re-Integration Course is scheduled through making a direct enquiry.

For Pilates or DNS any comfortable sports/fitness clothing is appropriate, ideally no bulky waistbands, zips or pockets that might make lying on the floor or equipment uncomfortable. Pilates is generally taught bare foot however socks, ideally with grip and toes spacing, can be worn too. For Hypopressives, for women, it is useful to wear a sports bar or cropped training vest so that I am able to see your abdomen.
